 EV has always been a guild ‘for the people,’ with all of our leaders in place at the behest of our membership through regular elections, and although originally what could be considered very experimental by its design, our overall guild structure has now proven effective after many years of fine tuning (if you take a look at the [http://evcitadel.com/#!/?page_id=25 charter] on our website, you can see there aren't many like us).

 Portals are branches of Eternal Vigilance that have been established in various games. A portal contains its own distinct hierarchy and is uniquely designed to suit the needs of the game it plays. A portal is led by a Portal Commander, who is required to be a Core Member. However, the rest of the members of a portal are not required to be Core Members. Portals even operate their own application system and independently recruit new members.
