Harelin (previous alias 'Cordo Font' in Star Wars Galaxies, real name 'Erik') is currently the Chief Elder of Eternal Vigilance, and a previous Praefectus (now known as Master of Lore) of Eternal Vigilance, where he held a seat on the Legionary Council. Harelin has been with Eternal Vigilance since January 6th, 2005 and served as a leader until May 7th, 2006 when he stepped down to pursue a career in the US Air Force (Communications/Computer Systems Operations Specialist). He returned from basic training and served a short stint as the Legatus / Master of Civics, but resigned due to time constraints. He currently resides in Italy at Aviano Air Base, but hails from Fresno, California.
On the internet, Harelin has had a rich history of community leadership positions prior to his tenure on the EV Council; ranging from clan leader positions in games such as Tribes as far back as 1999, to City Councilor and Colony Leader in Cybertown where he represented and governed a large population of citizens on the 6-member City Council. More recently, before helping to found Eternal Vigilance, Harelin led the Star Wars Galaxies division of The Guardians, which was at the time the largest rebel player association on server Starsider.
He is also the owner of a web hosting company, Syndicate Concepts, which hosts the websites of many Eternal Vigilance members, the Eternal Vigilance website itself, and the websites of several other friendly guilds (such as The Kindred) and various other customers. A few years prior to Syndicate Concepts, Harelin also managed harelin.com, a popular (broke the 1,000 member milestone) free web hosting operation.
