The Guardians

The Guardians ("TG") is a guild founded in 2002 to bring together friends that enjoy playing games with a cohesive structure and leadership behind them. In late 2004, several future EV members broke off from TG to form EV. An immediate animosity was formed but subsided after some companions patched up. Both EV and TG strive for a better gaming experience for their guilds and improved relations is an advantage.

Other breakaways

EV is not the only guild to spawn from leaving members of TG. Others include The Jensaarai Alliance and The Kindred.
