|EV|Highway: Good. At least, the part I'm living now is good. In fact, it's great. I grew up in inner city, Baltimore, MD (where only the concrete grows). Then, I moved to Philadelphia, PA to be with my wife. I learnt that I hated the big city and wanted something different. I put in for a transfer and they dropped me into the boonies of the state

by Tal on July 13, 2010, 03:25:42 PMToday is the launch of Eternal Vigilance's first Real Time Strategy (RTS) division in the highly anticipated game, StarCraft II! Arianlynn will be taking the role of Commander in this new venture for EV. Arianlynn, before even joining EV, showed considerable ambition and enthusiasm by saying he wanted to start an SC2 division. He proved that he wasn't just talk by discussing the division openly with fellow guild mates and with my self. I am more than satisfied with what I have seen from him thus far and I believe he will make a good Commander.
Congrats Arianlynn!
For those wondering StarCraft 2 launches two weeks from today.

by Tal on July 13, 2010, 03:46:41 AMIt gives me great pleasure to announce that Beefy will be taking the position of Chief Architect in light of Jal Sharin stepping down from the position. Beefy has had experience with administering and maintaining a website in the past, along with having already shown that he is capable of doing the job during his past few days of training by Jal and familiarizing himself with the inner workings of the site.
However those are not the only reason why I think he will make a great CA, he is both an Elder and an Officer in the Battlefield Bad Company 2 Division. He is also involved with purchasing (along with Jimbo and Eset) a BC2 server for the division/guild. His experience and contributions to the guild thus far lead me to believe Beefy will be an excellent person to entrust the position of CA.
Congrats Beefy! I look forward to working with you. I also want to thank Jal for his time as CA and wish him luck in his new focus.
